I was indicted on three felony drug charges in a southwest Georgia county that has one of the most severe sentencing Judges anywhere in the State of Georgia. Doug handled my case superbly. He filed a motion to suppress and eventually all the felonies were dismissed. I finally pled to a minor misde...meanor and the Judge even reduced the plea agreement fine to half what the DA wanted. I couldn't ask for a better outcome or a better lawyer. Not only did he respond to any question I had in a timely manner, he worked out a fee payment plan that allowed me to pay by the month. Even when I missed a payment, he never balked at being there when I needed him. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND DOUG FOR ANYONE FACING CRIMINAL CHARGES OF ANY KIND. SIMPLY THE BEST!

I was charged with DUI after blowing .157. Doug represented me in the trial court. He got the DUI dismissed and saved my driver's license. He was always available when I visited his office or called about my case. He explained every step of the process to me in my first meeting with him . He c...harged a flat fee to handle the entire case which included a trial and all pretrial motions if necessary.

All he did was take my money. He didn't keep me informed about my case. Was I a bad mood every time I talked with him. I would have done better with a public defenders aid. He shared my case and who I was with a drug dealer he represented. He doesn't care what happens to you as long as he gets paid t...he client doesn't mean anything. I kept myself out of jail all he did was steal my money. I wouldn't want his help to even find the courthouse. He represented my brother in law and he got the max sentence. I would have as well but was smart enough to seek other advise. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
