I represented the City of Phoenix and the other Cities that own the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment plant in lawsuits challenging the Cities' rights to sell effluent to the utilities that own the Palo ... Verde Nuclear Plant. This litigation resulted in the following published decisions all favorable to the Cities: Arizona Public Service Co. et al v. Long, 160 Ariz. 429, 773 P.2d 988 (1989); City of Phoenix, et al v. Long, 158 Ariz. 59, 761 P.2d 133 (App. 1988); Long v. Salt River Valley Water Users Assn., 820 F.2d 284 (9th Cir. 1987).
