Jay Howard Hurdle

Jay was the most amazing lawyer, for me. I had three charges. One of them was quiet sever, or I feel it was. The police were not telling me anything. I had been arrested. But released with out bail. I did not understand what was going on. At all. They told me it was a felony charge. But the courts di...d not know anything. The police did not tell me anything. I was confused, as to what to do. Everything was in limbo. I called a few lawyers. But jay helped me understand things, right away. Just in the consultation. He helped me to understand why I was released without bail. The judge did not have the paperwork the next morning. After talking with him in the consultation, I knew he was the one I wanted. His manners, and the way he talked to me. He didn't make me feel like an idiot, and offered helpful advice right away. He called the station, and found out, for me that I had a warrant, for bail. A warrant I was not knowing of. Even after trying to call the court house on my own, several times. He had me go to the station, with a bails bonds man, and advised me, how to get that taken care of. With in the first week. After that, he talked me through every step of the process. I was looking at a possible, and I think probable year. But the way he handled it in court, was like magic. I ended up with probation, until I complete parenting classes. As long as I do so, with in three months. As well, some charges are being dropped. If this is met. I will also get min fine. I will say, with what i did, i didn't make it easy. There were some parts of my case, most would consider sensitive. But he handled it with out making me feel judged. Very professional and Straight toward. He offered me every option. And explained them all. He is an amazing lawyer. I have had other lawyers before. But neither of them, were as helpful, straight toward, or as kind as Jay. He went above and beyond for me. And made me comfortable, and eased my mind.
