I hired Attorney Amanda Beard to provide legal guidance and representation. Amanda Beard was initially attentive, and I paid my retainer upfront for each hearing. However, once conflicts arose in my case, she completely ceased all communication. She failed to reply to multiple phone calls, emails, an...d certified mail. Because of her unresponsiveness, she failed to set a hearing date and missed the deadline to file on my behalf. I had to hire new counsel and request a refund for her unperformed services. I cannot recommend her based on this experience.
