I help businesses and individuals, including insurance companies and their insureds, develop resolution strategies for litigated matters.  My practice focuses on the defense of premises liability and automobile tort cases in north Mississippi.  I have offices in Tupelo, Oxford, Columbus and Corinth, Mississippi.  

My premises liability experience includes the defense of apartment complexes, convenience stores, hotels/motels, retail establishments, governmental entities and schools.  My practice has also involved providing premises safety assessments for businesses.  

My automobile tort experience is extensive having handled complex product liability cases and major trucking collisions to uninsured motorist defense of automobile insurers. 

I am called on by insurance clients to provide complex insurance coverage analysis and to litigate such matters. 

I am past president of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association which consists of over 500 litigation defense attorneys with the state of Mississippi. I have also served on the insurance committee of the Defense Research Institute having been published by that organization.  Previously I served as a Mississippi Bar Commissioner and on the Mississippi Bar Executive Committee.  I am the past president of the Lowndes County, Mississippi Bar Association.
