Attorney Miller has failed to fairly represent my brother in the past three years in a simple divorce. The ultimate humiliation was yesterday. He was told to come to a hearing only to find, he was not on the court docket, nor was attorney Miller there, " his staff clerk was representing him and she... appeared to be as lost and confused as I was". I have been present along with my brother on numerous consultations and court appearances. There has been more than one occasion when legal papers have not been properly filed and the client has not been notified. I along with my brother consulted and hired Mr. Miller on a recommendation of a former client. Mr. Miller is a professional yet he is arrogant and unfair in this case. His lack of timely filing and following up proper court dates and documentation has resulted in some of these delay. To question Mr. Miller about your case appears to challenge him. This is not the case. I hired him believing he would represent my brother fairly and timely manner in this divorce and he has not.

With regard to my matter, attorney did not do discovery properly. Attorney missed court dates and at last minute someone else would show up without advising me. Attorney pulled out of case very close to trial , which was unethical. Had to seek other counsel to represent me for trial. No, I wo...uld not recommend this attorney.
