Robert K. Miller

Kyle Miller is a criminal defense and DUI attorney at Miller Law Offices, PLLC in Pascagoula, Mississippi. A Pascagoula native, Kyle represents clients facing DUI, felony DUI, drug charges, traffic violations, BUI, expungements, misdemeanors, and other criminal charges throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Before entering private practice, Kyle gained valuable courtroom experience as the elected County Prosecutor for Jackson County. In that role, he handled thousands of misdemeanor cases and developed a clear understanding of how prosecutors evaluate evidence, negotiate cases, and prepare for trial. Today, he uses that insight to defend individuals charged with crimes and to protect their rights, records, licenses, and futures.
Kyle graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Education before earning his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2017. He is an active member of the Jackson County Bar Association and the National College for DUI Defense.
