Biography
You want an attorney that really knows what he or she is doing — obviously. You want someone who really cares about you and a good outcome for your case — another obvious statement. However, too many times your experience with a lawyer and the legal system leaves you with the feeling that your lawyer doesn’t know your case and doesn’t really care.
During my time practicing law, I have gained extensive experience in a variety of areas. For many years I worked as an attorney with large corporations and governments to defend lawsuits involving defective products, unsafe premises, auto accidents and other personal injuries. I have also defended cities which were alleged to have violated individual civil rights. However, I now represent individuals and their interests. The experience I have gained by working for the “other side” has been priceless in representing individuals.
I can’t promise I can give you everything you want (when does that happen anyway!), but you get what you need at our firm.
