I love being prepared. Whether it is planning for a family vacation, backing up my photographs in multiple online locations, or double-checking the batteries in my bike light before my morning ride, knowing that I’ve prepared for contingencies helps me and my family rest easier and get on with life. Being prepared and organized brings a sense of freedom, like a safety net.

I bring this same passion for preparedness and organization to my law practice.  I want to help you create that same safety net for your family.

I want you to be able to go out for an evening without your children knowing that they are legally protected if something happens to you. I want you to be able to travel knowing that someone else is ready to handle your finances in the event of an emergency. I want you to go into surgery knowing that your family and your doctors are aware of your wishes for medical care. And I want you to spend your later years enjoying your life, not worrying about what might happen without a plan in place.

Mostly, I want you to know the sense of calm and security that comes with being prepared. Because even though we can’t prevent bad things from happening, we can  prepare for them by putting our safety nets into place.
