I serve as Deputy Director for the Mississippi Gaming & Hospitality Association (MGHA), a non-profit association headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi. Our mission is to promote the gaming industry in Mississippi by advocating for fair taxation and laws that provide the industry with the same benefits as other industries in the state. You can read more about the association, find my biography, as well as other information pertinent to the industry on our website ().
I also maintain a law office in Biloxi, Mississippi. I have a general practice, but I tend to spend most of my time working with clients on contract matters and civil litigation in both state and federal court.
I currently serve as Chairman of the Gaming Law Section of the Mississippi Bar Association. I sit on several non-profit boards, including the Nativity School Foundation (). I also enjoy coaching local recreational sports, especially soccer. Each year I participate in two or three triathlons, and I try to run in at least one marathon raising money for Team Hole in the Wall or the Semper Fi Fund.
My wife and I have been married for 24 years and we have three wonderful children.
