Peggy Joyce Lantz

I practiced law in Houston, Texas, more than 20 years.  In 2015 I moved from Houston to Diamondhead, Mississippi.  I continued my practice traveling back and forth from Diamondhead to Houston for client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.  In the meantime, I worked seasonally for H&R Block in Diamondhead where I prepared complicated tax returns as a Master Tax Advisor. I also represented clients regarding IRS letters and IRS mail audits as well as in person examinations with the IRS. I worked with clients preparing and justifying injured spouse claims. I researched and prepared memoranda related to tax issues and changes in the tax laws. 

In February of 2020, my partner, Herbert Wilson and I formed our partnershipa Lantz & Wilson, in Diamondhead, Mississippi.  My practice in Mississippi is limited to federal tax law, social security and trademark. My partner handles Mississippi law related matters.
