Kyle Stuart Moran

Kyle Moran practices in the areas of insurance coverage and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on first-party and third-party insurance property, marine and energy claims, insurance coverage counseling and litigation, professional liability defense, business torts and contract disputes. He also has extensive experience counseling and defending clients involved in environmental, toxic tort and long-term exposure litigation and managing complex and large exposure claims. In 2010 and 2013, Mr. Moran completed secondments as in-house counsel in London, where he advised Lloyds insurers on marine, cargo, energy, property, livestock and construction matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Moran serves on the firm’s E-Discovery Team and helps guide the firm’s efforts to ensure that our lawyers are on the cutting edge of the evolving legislative and jurisprudential rules which govern electronic discovery and have the best tools available to efficiently collect, review and produce electronic data for the firm’s clients. The E-Discovery Team also works with clients to develop strategies for electronic data organization, retention and collection – both before and during litigation – so that they are prepared to actively avoid, pursue or defend disputes in the most efficient way possible. Mr. Moran also serves as a member of the firm’s Operations Committee.
