Scott Hillery is the founding member of Hillery Law Firm, PLLC.. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of Divorce, Child Custody, Wills & Estates, DUI Defense and Personal Injury where he has served a wide variety of clients throughout South Mississippi.
As a long time resident of Picayune, Mississippi, Mr. Hillery is very involved in his community currently serving on the board of directors for the Land Trust of the Mississippi Coastal Plain and is also the current President of the Pearl River County Bar Association.
Scott Hillery works personally with each client to create a personalized plan to achieve goals set based on their individual legal situation. Mr. Hillery understands that no cases are identical and that each legal matter requires a unique and individualized plan based on each client's specific needs.
