Elliot Burch

Elliot Burch founded his law firm after working for several years as a State Prosecutor. As a Prosecutor, Elliot prosecuted felony criminal cases in a three-county judicial district. In this capacity, Elliot handled hundreds of felony cases each year.

Prior to his legal career, Elliot served as a State and Federal law enforcement officer. While working as an Agent and Investigator, Elliot worked on complex felony criminal investigations including hundreds of appearances before Grand Juries in courtrooms around the State of Mississippi.

Elliot gained broad experience in many areas of the criminal justice system including the investigations of elected officials; state and federal wiretaps; violent organized crime; and international narcotics investigations.

Elliot’s experiences have provided him with an insider’s knowledge of how the justice system works.
