Mr. Roa was denied his Second Amendment rights because he was found guilty of a "violation", "disorderly conduct". Although he was not a prohibited possessor by statute, the Honolulu Police department ... treated him as such and denied him his Second Amendment rights. Mr. O'Grady, and Mr. Beck, sued Honolulu and won and Mr. Roa can now exercise his Second Amendment rights.
