Frank Caswell Jones III

Frank C. Jones, III is an Associate Attorney with Prince & Associates. He was born in Jackson, MS and graduated from Tougaloo College with Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1993. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi in 1997.

Frank primarily focuses on criminal defense, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy representation and family law matters. He has 20-plus years of practice litigating as plaintiff and defendant and has prosecuted in State Court, as well as, defending cases in State and Federal Courts. Additionally, Frank has served as Guardian ad Litem and Special Master in Chancery.

Frank strongly believes in representing ordinary people who deserve the same legal rights and protections as the largest organizations and corporations in the U.S. His passionate representation and relentless work ethic over the years has earned him the respect of his clients and peers.

Outside of work, Frank is active in church, fraternal functions, and enjoys raising his son.
