Stay Clear of This Attorney

My father paid Boty to have a particular criminal offense expunged. Throughout the process, Boty was almost impossible to get a hold of and was extremely unresponsive. Even after Boty supposedly had the offense expunge, my father nor brother could get a ahold of him and Boty did not provide documenta...tion confirming the expungement. Years later, in 2013, after someone runs a background check on my brother, we find out there was never an expungement. I called and emailed Boty several times to have him look in to it, but he would not respond. We had to pay another attorney to perform the expungement, which was successfully done this time. Stay away from Boty.
