Most of my clients are in the financial services arena, including banks, securities brokers and financial advisors, trustees and other fiduciaries, ERISA plan sponsors and insurers.

I represent major life insurers in customer disputes over entitlement to benefits, complex sales practices claims, contestability issues, contested beneficiary designations, and regulatory matters.

I have served as a FINRA/ NASD arbitrator and have represented clients in arbitration regarding commercial disputes, banking, construction, and employment including executive compensation and severance matters.
