Thankful

I recently decided to sell farm land that had been in the family for three generations. The prospect of multiple family owners in the fourth generation was to me unattractive. The sale was somewhat complicated in that I shared ownership with my sister-in-law, and Iwanted to make the sale as amicabl...e as possible. Robert did an excellent job of navigating the potential family minefieds and coordinating the execution of the sale even though my sister-in-law lived 400 miles away and the buyer lived 85 miles away. Property descriptions in some instances were vague, and Robert conscientiously cleaned up title issues that had accumulated over three generations. He was always available to answer questions with the only time I had wait longer than an hour was when he was in court with another client. I was pleased with his service and compared to other legal expenses I have incurred his fees were very reasonable. I recommend him highly.

Extremely helpful

Robert and his firm did some estate work for a client (wills, trusts, etc). After going through the process the client is quoted as saying "that's the best choice I ever made!!"

An Excellent Attorney

Mr. Van Uden handled my Mother's estate. He discussed all steps in non-lawyer terms and walked us through the process so that it wasn't overwhelming. He was quick to respond to phone calls or emails and I felt comfortable with him handling the private matters of our family. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service, invaluable knowledge and advice
