Smith is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mr. Smith received his Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Mississippi in 1997. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2004 graduating with honors, cum laude. While attending the University of Mississippi, he also served as the Appellate Requirement Chairman for the Moot Court Board.
