Elizabeth Johnson Spell has been more of a family friend than our attorney. During times of personal or financial hardships it can be very hard to put your trust in others. I was reluctant to post this review because it can be embarrassing to disclose how bad ones financial situation can be. Although... it would be an injustice not to tell others who are seeking a great attorney to represent and guide them through the challenges of bankruptcy. I have myself filed bankruptcy three times. Two being chapter sevens and one being a chapter thirteen that was dismissed due to inability to pay monthly payments. This eventually became a chapter seven. My father has also entered and completed a chapter 13 bankruptcy. During all these homes were lost and autos were lost and also homes and autos were spared. I have worked offshore and faced all the tough times of the industry downturn. My father had worked for a family business that could not stand up to the changing times.
