Joseph Damiens is a lifelong resident of Mississippi. After graduating from Mississippi State University for his undergraduate studies in finance, he chose to further his education at Mississippi College School of Law. After he graduated from law school, he went to the University of Alabama School of Law to obtain an LL.M. in taxation. He advised clients on a wide range of issues, including VA pension planning, Medicaid planning, acquisitions and sales of businesses, estate tax planning, tax resolution strategies, and more. He is happily married to his wife, Emily, and they have a two-year-old daughter named Sutton.
