Exactly what my child and I needed

I had a complicated divorce and child custody case. Since I was not born and raised in MS, I was not as knowledgeable of the laws. From the moment I first met Alicia I felt I had known her for quite some time and with her compassion and dedication I knew she was the perfect fit for us. At one point ...during our case, she was up against three attorneys at once and her poise and confidence never wavered. Fantastic attorney

Alicia Baladi was wonderful to work with. I was in a very difficult place with my marriage and consulted her with options. I’d never used an attorney before and was unsure about what to expect. I found Alicia to be very comfortable to talk with and I quickly came to trust her in her guidance and supp...ort. She listened to me and explained my options without pushing me. In the end I did not file for divorce, but had I needed to do so, I would’ve been equipped with the best attorney. She’s fantastic!

You want her in your corner !

Alicia knows the laws and how things work in MS. I liked that on the very rare times she wasn't sure about something she didn't give me some lame answer but said "Let me do some research and get back to you" She is honest and genuine . I never once thought she was not taking the big picture in...to account. I have a daughter and she always put her needs first which was the most important thing to me. Early on in the process it became clear Alicia is an excellent listener. It felt like she was wearing many hats including counselor ,lawyer and even friend. She was supportive but not to the point of not letting me know when I was out of line or over reacting to various provocations. In the end Alicia advised me not to go to trial. It was not fear of losing or fear of the unknown but because she felt it would almost guarantee we would never be able to rebuild any kind of relationship which would benefit our daughter . I took her advice and today I couldn't be happier with how things worked out. My child is well adjusted and doing well and my ex and I are even friends again. I also remember she asked me at least twice if there was any chance of reconciliation because if there was any it should be pursued seriously . I would recommend her whole heartedly .It is doubtful I will ever need her services again but if I did I would not hesitate.

Must Hire

As my attorney Ms. Baladi has been professional and understanding of all the circumstances surrounding my divorce. My situation has been somewhat different because the custody issue has involved pets instead of children, but Ms. Baladi did not blink an eye and has gotten the results I wanted. I thi...nk what makes her a great attorney is that she truly cares for the well being of her clients. I have no doubt that I made the correct decision in choosing Ms. Baladi to represent me.
