Jason Richard Bush

We first consulted with Jason regarding the buyout of a senior partner of our firm. This partner surprised us by wishing to change the terms of his buyout from that which had been previously agreed upon. In short, he wanted to receive the money from the buyout but then also take the firm’s clients ...in order to compete with the firm he was leaving. We worked for several months trying to find equitable terms for both parties while at the same time trying to navigate the everchanging desires of this senior partner. In the end, we realized that dissolution was really our only viable option. Jason’s knowledge, expertise and overall demeanor were exactly what we needed to work through the bizarre set of circumstances that we unexpectedly faced. He seemed to put us at ease at every turn. And, ultimately, the dissolution was able to be completed satisfactorily, in no small part due to his involvement. It was a pleasure working with him.
