J David Wynne

J. David Wynne is the principal of Wynne Law Firm, PLLC, which has its primary physical office at 116 Court Square, 2nd Floor, Lexington, Mississippi 39095.

David graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1986 and was admitted to The Mississippi Bar in 1987, giving him over thirty (30) years of experience in legal practice in the State of Mississippi. David completed his undergraduate work receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi State University in 1983.  David is admitted to practice before all Municipal, Justice, County, Chancery and Circuit Courts in Mississippi, as well as the Mississippi Court of Appeals, the Mississippi Supreme Court, the Federal Courts in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.

Throughout the years in addition to his law practice, David assisted his wife, JuliAnna, with her business, Ident-A-Kid of Mississippi, Inc., a child safety and identification program.  It is the heartfelt desire of both David and JuliAnna to continue doing their part in keeping the children of Mississippi safe from both stranger and family abductions.

Wynne Law Firm represents clients throughout Mississippi, including the greater Jackson area, with legal matters in the areas of agriculture law; will drafting and elder law; estate matters such as will probate and intestate (without a will) administration; heirship land disputes; real estate title work and litigation; criminal felony and DUI defense; financial institution and business collections (including foreclosure and replevin matters) and personal injury.
