I provide competent and vigilant representation for my clients. My passion for such representation stems from my experience of seeing innocent people convicted of crimes because the criminal justice system failed them. Such failures devastate the person wrongfully convicted and his or her love ones as well. I always zealously advocate for my clients to address flaws in the system so that judges and juries understand that a charge does not always mean guilt.

My experience includes representing clients in numerous first offense driving under the influence (DUI), second offense DUI, or felony DUI cases with positive results, including dismissals, non-adjudications, and other resolutions that were substantially less than the penalties allowed by law. Additionally, I have successfully represented many other clients charged with drug possession, drug sales, murder, rape and sexual battery, aggravated assault, embezzlement and fraud.

Proverbs 31:9 directs us to “Open [our] mouths, judge righteously, and defend the rights of the poor and needy.” I believe that one of my missions in life is to put this command into action with zealous and effective advocacy for those seeking justice in our legal system.
