OUTCOME: Defense verdict in 1 hr. and 25 minutes

The Plaintiff alleged that her orthopedic surgeon used an artificial knee prosthesis that was too large. She claimed that this prosthesis caused her pain and, eventually, caused her to undergo another ... knee replacement with a smaller prosthesis. I second chaired the defense, conducted jury selection, and conducted direct examination of one of the defense orthopedic surgery experts.
