William Harold Rosenblatt II

Bill was born in Flowood, Mississippi and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. Upon graduation from high school, he enrolled at the University of Mississippi. He majored in history, was inducted into the University of Mississippi Hall of Fame, and graduated magna cum laude. Bill also was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society, a society whose membership consists only of the top ten percent of liberal arts students at the University of Mississippi. Additionally, Bill was elected to serve as the University of Mississippi Judicial Chair and Associated Student Body Treasurer.

Following graduation from the University of Mississippi, Bill moved to Memphis, Tennessee where he interned for the Shelby County Mayor. His internship was through the Memphis Fellows Program, which was sponsored by Second Presbyterian Church of Memphis. During his time in Memphis, he also co-founded a small technology company that received venture capital funding.

Though he enjoyed Memphis, Bill moved back to Jackson. There he took a job at the Mississippi Poultry Association. His role was to assist poultry producers and the association’s leadership. Bill cherished this job because of the relationships he built and his grass roots education of Mississippi’s number one agricultural commodity.

After five years of growing his knowledge in business related ventures, Bill decided to attend law school. Bill graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law and soon after became licensed to practice law in Mississippi.

Before starting the Rosenblatt Law Firm, Bill clerked for the Honorable Michael P. Mills, United States District Judge in the Northern District of Mississippi.

Bill’s practice areas consist of representing clients in whistleblower actions, torts, business formations, real estate, and wills and estates.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
