"I endorse this lawyer. Had my first case with Jay about 13-14 years ago; a straightforward workers comp case that settled pretty quick. It wasn't till Alex Ghane's case * that I really worked with him long enough to make this endorsement. Overall, the civil case took 6+ years to resolve (including appeals to the MS Court of Appeals, MS Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court) and during the last 6 months of prepping the case for trial I dealt with Jay almost every single day. Definitely one of the smartest lawyers I've ever been up against. Focused; Intense; Dedicated. Just a damn good lawyer. Made my life hell for years. Would be the guy I'd hire if I was in a jam.
