Andrew Brevik Schimmel

Andrew B. “Drew” Schimmel is an associate attorney at Tollison & Webb P.A. in Oxford, Mississippi. His practice includes civil and commercial litigation, probate and estate administration, estate litigation, property and boundary disputes, and domestic relations.

Drew began his career as a law clerk to Judge David Ishee of the Mississippi Court of Appeals. He later served as a Special Assistant Attorney General, representing the Mississippi Department of Human Services and Department of Information Technology Services. Before returning to Mississippi, he led information security and privacy compliance at Vivino and served as its acting general counsel.

Drew joined Tollison & Webb in 2026. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2007 and a master’s degree in information security from IE University in 2018. He was admitted in Mississippi in 2007 and in Oregon in 2015; his Oregon license is inactive.
