Hire an attorney and he can file the proper paperwork to get it expunged.

How long do they have to indict you, I was arrested in September 2012 and got incarcerated in Jan 2013 and still no indictment .

Sounds like he got 15 years (3 suspended, 12 to serve) and 10 years post release supervision with 5 reporting. MDOC may let him out sooner, but...

You can file charges or file a lawsuit to get them back. You would go to Justice Court to do either. It is behind the jail there in Oxford.

You can go to the MDOC website or to the Circuit Clerk's office in the county of conviction.

The Fair Sentencing Act applies to federal courts, but I'm not aware of a Mississippi law being passed.

It was illegal and still is for a felon to be around firearms. The other attorney answered as far as punishments.
