Dustin Allen Smith

I was dealing with a complicated custody situation and had already hired an attorney, but things weren't going well. I called Dustin Smith and in just one 30 minute conversation, I had a better understanding of what was going on in my case and a much clearer strategy for how to move forward than I ha...d with the previous months of working with the other attorney. He communicated quickly and clearly, and I truly felt like he actually cared about what was going on with my family. I wish I could have just hired Dustin right from the start. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I came to Dustin with a very serious case against my ex its not the normal run of the mill divorce and custody battle this case was highly complex and had a ton of moving parts! When my children were in danger Dustin instantly went to work filing the proper paper work and showing the evidence to not ...only get my kids out of that environment and out of harms way but never NOT A SINGLE TIME when i needed him did he EVER blow me off or not answer! He even helped me one weekend while he was on a camping trip with his family! When we did go to court i was fully prepared because of Mr. Smith and the opposing side couldn't do anything because we already had planned for everything! We raked them over the coals in court!! I know alot of lawyers will blow smoke and tell you what you want to hear to get your business but Dustin Smith is the real deal! If anyone reading this was like me searching through a ton of lawyers to make sure you get the right one then im here to tell you stop reading this and call this man because it was the best decision i ever made! I still have majority custody of my children and they are safe thanks to all the hard work Dustin did on my case! Thank you brother i will never forget what you did for me and my babies!

I can't help but believe that the above post are his personal friends or family members because it is not at all the way he is. I never take time to write reviews but In this case I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did. He was horrible. He is not attentive at all and is in general just... a bad person. He does not care one bit to take your money and never put in any work and if you go to court once he keeps full retainer whether it's 2500 or 5000. If you choice to get him which really be a mistake don't pay him til you see his work. I have heard several complaints on him and my experience with him was a disaster. He is arugant and selfish and seems very preoccupied and unprofessional especially if you question anything he does.Get a different attorney.

I would definitely not recommend hiring this attorney, I made the HUGE mistake of hiring him. He was always preoccupied by his phone and never seem to listen to anything I had to say, I also believe I was way over charged by the services he gave. He would never prepare for my case, I was honestly emb...arrassed that he was my attorney in court.
