Anthony Charles Maxwell

Anthony Maxwell seems to be too busy to take an interest in his clients case. He did not take time to prepare himself or his client for court, nor did he take the time to interview the witnesses to evaluate which testimony would be helpful. When contacted by his client, Anthony would make his client ...feel as if he was bothering him,and would make inappropriate comments. Mr Maxwell expected his client to prepare his own case with no or ill advice. Mr Maxwell seemed to take more interest in what the opposing attorney and her client had to say then his own client. Mr Maxwell did not remember facts that where presented earlier in the case and failed to present them in court. He was unwilling to fight for his client. I would not recommend Mr Maxwell
