The state suspended our client's driver's license for a DUI refusal. We filed a writ against the DMV and argued that the cop failed to properly admonish our client about the mandatory one year suspensi ... on for refusing a chemical and that the DMV's sustaining the action was an egregious violation of due process. After arguments the court found a violation of due process, granted the writ and dismissed the suspension.
