Willard Landon Mullins

I hired Mr. Mullins to help me with a complicated custody case after having issues with my previous attorney. He was very kind and attentive to my case. He was able to work though issues my previous attorney had been working on this for over a year in a matter of months. Mr. Mullins was able to get m...e into court and my issues resolved. He will not do the work you pay him for. I caught him double billing me. Saying he’d been on the phone trying to solve my problem only to find out he’d never even called the office he had said he was speaking with. He didn’t show to two court dates. He went missing for three months and would not ret...urn any of my phone calls or emails.

I hired Mr. Mullins for family law case. From the very beginning he showed his incompetence by misspelling my name, my daughter’s name and sending someone else’s case information in my petition. My very first court appearance he was not present, instead he sent his mom and she was late!! My second co...urt appearance he was a no show, said “he had it down for 1pm not 9am.” Caught him double billing me for the same office visit on 3 separate occasions, for court appearances he didn’t attend, and even a court appearance on a date before I even met him!!!...When I confronted him on his padded bill, of course he couldn’t explain how they got there. This man lacks integrity, accountability, knowledge of the law and definitely should not be representing you. I have since released him of his duties and have filed a complaint with the Tennessee board and provided them with all the the documents.
