Attorny hamby used my private consultation for his very next client .I won without representation .on appeal trebble said he would not remove any conflicts from hamby to request a new Attorny even though I told him my doctor advised me to stay away from too much stress because of high blood pressur...e /stroke .he screamed who told you your rights about four times and said he could not represent me

It's an oversight that Mark isn't rated a 10. I could not have asked for a better attorney. I have had a very difficult divorce/child custody case, and Mark has made the difference in making sure that myself and my children's wishes were represented and heard. There is no other attorney in Cookeville... I would want to go into court or trial with but Mark. He knows the law inside and out and has never let me down in the year and a half and many court appearances that he has been my attorney.
