I hired Thomas to help clear my name and get rights to my children. His rates are very reasonable. It's hard for a father to get rights / custody. I've had a lot of trials and tribulations throughout this case but he literally held me up! He is very professional. He explained everything very clearly ...step by step. When I needed him he was their and prepared. The case was very stressful but he made it as painless as possible. No matter how much stress this case was he never gave up on me. I have to say he really goes above and beyond. If he is ever unsure of anything (which is rare) he does his research and gets answers. I would very highly recommend hiring him. He will get the job done. He has pulled off alot of miracles. No matter how many questions I've had or how much I bugged him he never once got frustrated with me and he never once let me leave feeling unsure of anything. Such a great lawyer best one I've ever had. I will gladly with pride hire Thomas again in the future.

After having to release my expensive prior Attorney for no actions and reversing my previous filings. I hired Mr Dancision as my divorce lawyer, He was quite knowledgeable, and his hourly rate "reasonable" in regards to lawyers. If you need constant contact or frequent updates. He is not the one for ...you. It gets costly quickly. But in regards to family law. I think this is what he actually likes to do. Unlike many other lawyers whom consider it the more crappy work to do, he does not. Although we had no children to address in my divorce, I believe he would be excellent in this area in regards to his past experience as a Former District Attorney for Child Support. I would say he is not egotistical and has personal principles but is not above learning new things or gaining new insights.
