I represented one of 31 defendants in a statewide insurance-fraud prosecution. After her full trial, my client was the only defendant found not guilty. She had been accused based on a baseless complain ... t from a jealous competitor, and the allegations threatened her entire career and the business she had built from the ground up. She faced 3 separate counts - no loop holes, aquitted on call 3 (jury out less than an hour after multiple days in trial of months of preparation). In addition to the criminal charges, she a full administrative action against her professional license. I handled both the criminal and civil/administrative sides of the case, presenting the full truth and challenging the state’s evidence. I successfully fought to have her professional license restored. This case required strategic trial work, detailed evidence analysis, and navigating both criminal and administrative procedures to fully protect her rights.
