Represented the petitioner in a contested claim for establishment of a conservatorship over her father, TV legend Peter Falk. Mr. Falk's second wife opposed the petition, claiming that a conservatorsh ... ip was not necessary and sought to prevent Mr. Falk's daughter from visiting her ailing father. The Court ordered a conservatorship of the person be established over Mr. Falk and granted petitioner visitation rights. The Court also later awarded petitioner attorneys' fees for bringing the petition.
