Timothy Douglas Nanney

My husband was taken out of our home over a year ago and kept there all of this time leaving me alone in a wheelchair. Tim should have argued a hardship in leaving me alone, but he didn't even bother. There has been court time many times and always continued for lack of evidence. Also, there were ...errors on the arresting papers and this was brought to Tim's attention--he did nothing about it. That sounds like it should have been thrown out of court. He does NOT keep me informed about anything that is going on. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone. Or maybe because he was hired by the court we don't get the customary good service!
