Jessica was able to help me navigate the legal system after my special needs child was seriously hurt in our public school system. Jessica was co-counsel in our winning Due Process appeal against our local school system which denied our son (who has Down syndrome) with an appropriate education in his Least Restrictive Environment. Our case was so well-written and delivered that it has become effective case law that is preventing... other children from being excluded from the regular classroom.
