I have a general practice with a focus on a criminal defense. In addition to my criminal practice, I also represent clients in a wide variety of civil matters, which include, but are not limited to: custody disputes; divorce; business formations, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance; contract disputes, drafting and review; creditor’s rights; as well as general estate planning.

While the presumption of innocent is afforded to everyone, I understand merely being charged with a crime can have a devasting impact on the lives of both the accused and his or her loved ones. I fight to defeat charges, negotiate vigorously to reduce sentences, and am a staunch advocate of my client’s constitutional rights. Whether facing allegations stemming from white collar crimes, fraud, theft, alcohol, illegal drugs, or violence, rest assured I have my clients’ best interests at the forefront.

In my civil practice, I offer an uncommon level of representation to my clients, as I have been on both sides of the table, as a client and as an attorney. Prior to entering the practice of law, I gained extensive practical experience in the business world. I worked in various industries including agriculture, transportation/logistics, compliance, consumer lending, automotive retail, and held various general labor jobs throughout my youth. The experience I gained as a business professional, combined with the skills and abilities I developed in the practice of law, are the basis for my keenness to promptly identify relevant issues, formulate effective solutions, and deliver favorable results in a timely manner.
