Paid this lawyer 4,000 to represent me on a criminal drug case in Benton County . The second court date he approached me with 14 years I told him I wouldn't take 4 years ! I asked him at this time if he needed more money he needed to let me know and not try to sale me out to the state . He never aske...d for more money . 2 months ago at court the judge appointed chads partner Andy clark to one of the girls that got arrested with me which is obviously a conflict but i had hired the firm months before the conflict ever came about . Two weeks ago a friend called me and told me they were calling my name at court so i jumped up threw some clothes on and ran up there and sure enough I had Circuit Court in Benton County and Chad Cox nor his firm sent me a anything telling me that i had court ! Last I had heard it was put off for corona virus and told they would notify me when the new court date was set . When I. Got to court Chad Cox had just left but before he left he informed the court that he had a conflict of interest and no longer represented me . I have still not received anything from him or his firm . When i called them his secretary told me he needed more money . so which one is it a conflict or more money !
