Parent v.Parent (parties are annonymous for confidentiality)

OUTCOME: Parent was allowed to move w/child out of state.

Parent was in abusive relationship and left other parent for the best interests of the child. SInce parent did not have any source of income, parent needed to move out of state to live with family who ... would provide for parent and child. The court reviewed the move away factors and allowed my client to move with the child so the child could be removed from this abusive relationship and would be supported by family.
