I believe your arrearages amount has to be under $2500. Until then they wont give you a passport.

No. Tennessee uses the income shares model. So, the income of the 2 parents is what is considered the mother and father of the child. Not yours.

You will likely need a MS attorney if they have lived in MS for 6 months. After 6 months MS will have jurisdiction and can pursue child support...
