Client was seriously injured while power washing a building in preparation for painting as he was not provided proper protective equipment required under the law. The court incorrectly dismissed his ca ... se, finding that he was not entitled to compensation for his injuries. I appealed that decision and successfully argued before the Appellate Division that the client was required to be given proper protective equipment.
