Biography
I am moving my practice more into the Elder Law as I am getting more and more questions in this area. I didn't like the answers I was giving to people who had questions in this area so I started to educate myself more and more into this area. I joined a national group of attorneys specializing in this area and through them I have found I can give answers that really help my clients.
I am a proud father of three wonderful kids (now adults) the youngest still in college but currently studying abroad in Australia.
In addition to practicing law, I enjoy running, biking and an occassional triathalon. I have run several marathons (New York, Marine Corp, Twin Cities, Rock'n'Roll San Diego, Memphis), biked 100 miles (threre different times) and participated in many triathalons.
Currently I lead a team training cyclist to ride 100 miles, the Bluff City Blues 100 Training Team.
