Hired this attorney for a child custody case. The consultation went well and him and his team talked a good game. So after I retained Joshua, the plan that we talked about and the route that we were going to take all of a sudden became very difficult for him. He started asking me questions like , so ...what should we do? How should we go about this situation? As if I was the attorney. In court him and the judge laughed and chuckled as if they were best friends, not professional at all. as the case progressed, he saw I had no intentions on giving up on my child so that means more work for him him seeing my persistence after a few court visits he then begin to threaten me with child support, saying that if I keep this up him and the other lawyer will submit a motion to review my finances to have me put on child support. I would stay far away from this firm! I have recordings of the conversations as well very gross!

I used Joshua Wallis and was promised much better representation than I got. He started well in the beginning but completely botched my case once we got to trial. No long term plans were put in place so I will have to hire another attorney within a year. I’ve spoken to another attorney and he agre...ed that several things should have been handled different and I was entitled to much more than I got from my case handled by the Landers Firm. Don’t waste your money, you’ll just have to find another attorney to clean up behind them.
