Absolutely Fantastic

I hired Niel and his associates to represent me in a FINRA arbitration against an $8 trillion dollar investment firm that accused me of breaking my non-solicit agreement after I was terminated. After a year and a half of preparation, we entered into a 3 week arbitration last summer. The panel found ...no wrongdoing on my part and denied all claims in there entirety. Niel and Kyle Johnson (his partner) are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented in their approach. It became clear to me on day one of the arbitration that the Plaintiffs hired attorneys (who bring dozens and dozens of these type of cases against former employees on behalf of this $8 trillion dollar broker-dealer) were no match for Niel and Kyle. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is considering a case or is need of representation for something they are being falsely accused of.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
