I have worked with Pickler law firm three times and have had incredible results. I contacted the Pickler Law firm for legal assistance in setting up an estate plan, having selected them based on positive Google reviews. I was assigned to Russell Hayes, who I found to be an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable attorney - just great all around. It was quite a perso...nal journey to figure out how I would want my estate handled and Russell gave very solid advice and suggestions smoothing the process to a successful outcome. It can't be understated how Russell's humor and wit made the process easy and enjoyable. Mr. Hayes was assisted by Kelsey Gilliam, who I also found extremely capable and responsive to all of my inquiries. They make a great team and I would highly recommend them with no reservation whatsoever. I now consider Russell and Kelsey my permanent legal team for times when I would need them on my side. I also would like to mention that their rates are extremely reasonable having worked with other attorneys in the greater Memphis area in the past.

I went to Russell in need of a new will not long ago, but as it turns out because of some stipulations in a contract I had entered into years ago my effort to designate the heirs I wanted was impeded, that was not much of a problem for Russell, he wrote the will in such a manner so as to make it hig...hly unlikely that the other parties to the contract will try to enforce those stipulations, thanks Russell.

Russell was professional, responded to calls and emails in a timely manner, took the initiative to look at e-filings by the defendant, helped facilitate a business valuation, and had all of my documents well organized for the mediation. He is a quick thinker and a creative problem solver who is good... with math and Excel which are valuable skills during mediation.
